OneLP Cookies Policy
Effective Date: April 23, 2026
Last Updated: April 23, 2026
This Cookies Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies OneLP ("we", "us", "our") uses on our website (onelp.capital) and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
We ask for consent before setting any non-essential cookie. You can change your choices at any time by clicking Cookie preferences in the footer of any page.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device to remember information between visits. Similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels) achieve comparable effects and are covered by this policy too.
2. Categories we use
2.1 Strictly necessary (always on)
Required for the site to function. These are set regardless of your preferences because the site doesn't work without them. Under GDPR/ePrivacy, strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
2.2 Analytics (optional)
Help us understand how visitors interact with the site so we can improve it. We use PostHog hosted in the EU region (eu.i.posthog.com). Data is aggregated and visitors are not identified on the marketing site. Only loaded if you grant consent.
2.3 Marketing (not currently used)
Reserved for future advertising or campaign-attribution integrations (e.g., LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads). If we add any, you'll see them enumerated in this section and the consent banner will surface the category.
3. Cookies we may set
The table below lists every cookie we may set, its purpose, duration, and which consent category it belongs to.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
onelp_consent |
OneLP (first-party, localStorage) | Remembers your consent choices so we don't ask again every visit. | 365 days | Strictly necessary |
ph_*_posthog |
PostHog (EU region) | Anonymous site usage analytics — pageviews, clicks, session duration. No personal data captured on the marketing site. | 365 days | Analytics |
ph_id / ph_opt_out |
PostHog (EU region) | Distinct-id for returning visitor counting (anonymous on this site) and opt-out state persistence. | Up to 365 days | Analytics |
4. Third-party processors
Analytics data is processed by:
- PostHog — product analytics platform; EU region hosting; GDPR-compliant data processor. PostHog Privacy Policy.
5. How to manage your preferences
You can:
- Open the Cookie preferences drawer from any page footer and change your choices.
- Use your browser's settings to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may break the site.
- Enable your browser's Do Not Track signal — we honor it automatically (analytics stays off).
- Contact us at privacy@onelp.capital for data-subject rights under GDPR.
6. Legal basis
Under the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR, we rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for all non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing a functioning website.
7. Changes to this policy
If we add new cookies or change processors, we will update this page and, where the changes are material, re-prompt you via the consent banner.
